After 10 years of planning and fundraising the Toronto Azzurri forKICKS and Arts Youth Sport Village is set to open.

The Community Clubhouse will open at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29.

In 2007, the Toronto Azzurri Soccer Club signed a lease with the City of Toronto for a five-acre parcel of land at the Keele Street Reservoir site.

The City of Toronto promised to build a soccer field and the Azzurri promised to build a Community Clubhouse.

They have partnered with the ForKICKS organization, which is run by 31 Division officers, to deliver programs such as youth camps, athletics, education, gang reduction, financial literacy, career counselling as well as arts and music.
