10th Annual 53 Division Open House

On Saturday, May 10, 53 Division hosted their annual Open House.

There were approximately 1,200 people in attendance over the course of the day. Events & activities included a tour of the police station explaining the various functions of each office. There were also numerous community partner agencies such as MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), Victim Services of Toronto, St. John’s Ambulance and the Uptown Yonge Business Improvement Area who educated the public on the roles they have in crime prevention.

Besides officers from 53 Division, the public were also able to meet officers from across the Service including Mounted, Court Services, Recruitment, Traffic Services Motorcycle Squad, Police Dog Services and the Auxiliary who all attended the open house, and displayed the core value of Team Work to make this event a successful one.

53 Division would like to thank all who attended, participated and assisted with this wonderful community event.
