Officers from 31 Division were joined by Mounted, Traffic Services, Forensic Identification Services and Toronto Police DJ Michael Troake.

The public had the chance to pose for photos and learn more about the Toronto Police Service as well as meet the officers who patrol their communities every day.

Toronto Fire and other community agencies also took part in the daytime event to meet residents and educate them on what services they offer. Lil M, a boy from the community, also rapped for the crowd as his way of giving back to the community.

Kids had the chance to get their face painted and play in bouncing castles as part of the family event.

The sun was shining and it was a great family friendly event with lots of activities for the kids and information for the parents.
