Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault investigation.

It’s reported that a 28-year-old woman was chased and tackled by a man as she was walking through Roding Park in the Keele St. and Wilson Ave. area at around 2.30 p.m. on Sunday, September 7. 

The attacker allegedly sexually assaulted the female before escaping.

“We have put out a composite and we are just hoping that a member of the public would come forward and identify him,” said Sex Crimes Detective Roger Villaflor.

The man wanted by police is described as white, approximately 50, heavy build with a black and white beard. He was wearing a black baseball hat, black windbreaker, blue shirt and black shorts.
