Warrant For Shooting Suspect

The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance locating one man, and identifying another, alleged to be involved in a shooting.

Guled Jimaleh, 23, of Toronto is wanted for attempted murder

On Monday, January 5, at approximately 12:25 p.m., officers responded to 121 Humber Boulevard for reports of a man being shot.

It is alleged that two men entered the courtyard

 and began speaking with a 20-year-old man who was then shot multiple times. 

The two men fled in in a grey or black Ford Edge SUV


The victim was taken to hospital and survived the shooting.

Guled Jimaleh, 23, of Toronto, is currently wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for:


- Attempt Murder

- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm 

- Unauthorized Possession of Firearm in a Motor Vehicle

- Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized

- Careless Use of a Firearm

- Weapons Dangerous

- Carry Concealed Weapon

- Possession Contrary to Order 

- Fail to Comply with Recognizance 

The second man is described as black, 6'5", with a light complexion, clean-shaven, with short hair, brown eyes and wearing a brown jacket.
