McCormack, who co-chairs the Division’s Chinese Consultative Committee with Ben Lau, has been attending the annual event since he was posted to the downtown division.

He joined Blair in ringing the gong at midnight to observe the Chinese Lunar New Year.

“We have a solid community partnership with this temple and its members,” said McCormack.
