Young Person Arrested For Assault

A young person has been identified as a suspect in an assault at a store.

It is reported that on Sunday, April 21, at 7 p.m, in the Dufferin Street and Orfus Road area, a man was approached by a 37-year-old woman in a store.

The woman asked the young person to return the clothing he was concealing under his clothes and leave the store.

The man did not comply and ran out of the store, leaving behind his knapsack
 and the woman then went to lock the front door of the store.

When the young person reappeared, he man pushed open the door and punched the woman twice with a closed fist, grabbed his knapsack and fled.


He is described as 18, 5'8", 150 lbs., thin build, with short, brown hair.
