The doors of 22 Division are swinging open to the public so they can get to know their local officers and get an inside look at policing
The event will be held Saturday, June 18, from 11 a..m. to 2 p.m., at 3699 Bloor Street West.
Officers will be showing off their animal partners, including horses and dogs as well as the equipment they use on a daily basis including bicycles and motorcycles. Members of the Emergency Task Force will also be on hand to talk about their work as a tactical team.
There will be police station tours and a chance to sit in a scout car.
There will be free parking for those driving, but the station is a short walk from the Islington subway station.
