A Toronto business woman is facing fraud charges after police allege she defrauded former clients of nearly $1.9 million over a two-year-period.

Gwendolyne Martinez Rodriguez, 30, arrested in fraud investigation

Gwendolyne Martinez Rodriguez, 30, was arrested on September 12 and charged with fraud over $5,000 and uttering forged cheques.

She was the owner of GMR Consulting.

Detective Constable Peter Brady said Brady said Rodriguez wasn’t known to police but is concerned current and former GMR Consulting clients may have suffered losses.
