Over 500 people joined Chief Bill Blair in supporting Victim Services Toronto at a gala dinner, silent and live auction at the Liberty Grand Nov. 6. The crowd was left silent during a speech about the importance of supporting victims of crime delivered by Const. Patricia Hung who lost her daughter, Stephanie Rengel, after she was stabbed by an acquaintance.
