50th Annual Communion Breakfast and Mass

Constable John Zivcic was honoured with the first annual St. Michael's Award for his off-duty humanitarian efforts in helping a seriously injured woman in Cuba. The award was accepted by his mother, Vicky, in front of 400 Service members and their families and friends. A mass was presided over by Cardinal Thomas Collins at St. Michael's Cathedral recognizing the work of police officers in giving of themselves. Tenor John McDermott and Lieutenant Governor David Onley spoke at the breakfast.
