There were 88 new police constables walking out of the Toronto Police College on January 8 with the mission to serve the public and represent themselves and the Service to the highest standard. The class came from diverse ethnic backgrounds as well as varied life experiences and higher education. The newly minted constables start to work immediately in Divisions across the city.
