Officers Join in St. Pat's Parade

Chief Bill Blair led the St. Patrick's Parade as Grand Marshal as it wound its way across Bloor Street and down Yonge Street to City Hall on March 15. Many officers lined the parade route to join in the fun and ensure the safety of participants and thousands of parade goers.
