Service members joined with the community in jumping up embracing the Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival. Chief Mark Saunders, Toronto Police Services Board Chair Alok Mukherjee and Mayor John Tory also got up to dance alongside the costumed revellers that included Youth In Policing Initiative students (YIPIs). YIPIs will be joined by Service members once again in the Toronto Police float in the Grand Parade Saturday, August 1.
