Police and Auxiliary officers joined Youth in Policing Initiative students in kicking off the Toronto Caribbean Carnival with a jump-up session in front of police headquarters led by the Omega band. Deputy Chief Mike Federico had the chance to unveil the Toronto Police float, Where the World Connects, to the city and celebrate 25 years of police participation in the parade.
