Tip From Public Leads To Arrests

A couple wanted for the murder of Sina Parsi was arrested in Niagara Falls Monday night.

On Monday, June 22, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Clyde Marshall and Sabrina Chouart were arrested by the Niagara Regional Police Service in a Walmart Store at 7481 Oakwood Drive.

Niagara Regional Police Service officers made the arrest after receiving a tip from the public.

Clyde Marshall, 36, of New Brunswick, and Sabrina Chouart, 27, of Gatineau, Quebec, are each charged with First-Degree Murder.

Sina Parsi, 32, of Kleinberg, was found dead inside the couple's apartment.

Security camera footage released by police showed Marshall and Chouart leaving their apartment at 230 Woolner Ave. at approximately 4 a.m. on June 10, along with a large dog. The dog was found abandoned in the area of Dundas St. W. and Islington Ave.

They are scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Tuesday, June 23, 2015.
