The black-and-white security footage show a man sitting down next to a woman in a restaurant. He slowly shifts the bag with his feet before leaving with her bag containing personal items. He went unnoticed as the woman is blind.

She had been eating at the  Bloor and Bathurst Sts. restaurant at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, when the theft occurred.
