The Toronto Police Service had officially kicked off the Caribbean Carnival Festival at headquarters on Friday July, 31 with a dance-off between the Mayor and Chief of Police.

“This is such an important event because it shows the world that the city of Toronto understands diversity and what makes a city a city,” said Chief Saunders about the event.
