Wanted for Murder

On September 6 that year, 23-year-old Russell Sahadeo died in hospital after he was stabbed in the stomach in Noble Park near Jane St. and Black Creek Blvd.

Ton Quoc Hoang Ngo, aka Tommy Ngo, is wanted for Second Degree Murder

One of two suspects identified in the incident, 21-year-old Marcus Lee Richards of Toronto, turned himself into police at  12 Division three days later and was charged with Second Degree murder.

Police are still looking for Ton Quoc Hoang Ngo, also known as Tommy Ngo. He is now 22.

“Lee did the right thing and turned himself in with the assistance of his lawyer,” said Detective Leslie Dunkley. “Ngo is still on the run. Anyone who is assisting him will be held accountable and may be arrested for accessory after the fact.”
